Gather Your Ingredients
Start out by gathering up your ingredients so you can get to baking:
Here’s what you’re going to need to make this yummy no bake fudge:
- 8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ounces of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup softened butter, divided
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- Dehydrated marshmallow nibs (found in the baking aisle of you grocery store)
- 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper
- Cooking spray
Make Your Fudge
Start with a microwave safe medium sized bowl. Add the 1/4 cup butter and melt it in the microwave. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips to the melted butter. Microwave that mixture in 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth. Remove from microwave and add in the 7 ounces of the condensed milk. Be careful when you’re taking your bowl out of the microwave – it might be hot!
Once everything is melted, give it one more stir to make sure everything is mixed together. Add the mixture to an 8×8 in baking pan that is lined in parchment paper. Place the pan in fridge and allow everything to chill until fudge is firm (about 30 minutes.)
Grab another medium size microwave safe bowl and add 1/4 cup butter. Pop it in the microwave and melt the butter like you did before. Once the butter is melted, add the white chocolate chips to the bowl. Melt that mixture in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.
Take your bowl out of the microwave (be careful – it might be hot!) and mix in 7 ounces of the condensed milk. Now is the time to mix in the eggnog and allspice too.
Remove the pan from fridge and pour in the eggnog mixture on top of the chocolate mixture that’s firmed up. Sprinkle marshmallow bits on top & press them in gently. Place your pan back in fridge until completely firm (about 2 hours).
Once your fudge has had time to firm up, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper you lined the pan with. Place the fudge on a cutting board and cut into 1-2” pieces and enjoy!
How to Enjoy Your Fudge
Once it’s cut up, you can just enjoy pieces straight from the cutting board. Store the leftovers in an air tight container until they’re gone. If you’re going to be gifting them, you can put the cut up pieces into a cellophane bag tied with a ribbon or cute tin or container.
