If you’re working out outside of your house, you’ll need a bag to take your workout clothes to and from the gym. Picking a gym bag doesn’t have to be some ugly bag. It can be cute and no one will know what’s inside.
I’m the opposite of most people – I love running outside in the fall and winter because it’s so much cooler in the South and I tend to stay inside during the summer months (or hit the pool). Having a cooling towel helps keep you cool during or after your workout.
